Grab My Bin Service Agreement
Effective Date: April 2026

By scheduling or using any Grab My Bin trash bin cleaning or pressure washing service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Services Provided

Grab My Bin offers the following services:
Trash Day Valet
Every week we roll your bins to the curb and back for trash day pickup

Trash Bin Cleaning

Routine cleaning for residential and commercial trash or recycling bins, available on monthly or quarterly service plans.

Bin Repair

Cracks or damages in the bins


2. Customer Requirements
For Trash Day Valet
Bins must be accessible by a Grab My Bin team member. Anything that makes the bins inaccessible (Animals, Debris, Vehicles) will result in us skipping your house without reimbursement.

For Trash Bin Cleaning

Bins must be emptied and placed curbside, or otherwise made accessible, by 9:00 AM on the scheduled service date.

If bins are inaccessible or still contain trash, the cleaning appointment may be skipped without reimbursement.

For Bin Repair

Make sure that the bin is accessible and there is no missing parts. We only repair cracks. Bins must be emptied and placed curbside, or otherwise made accessible, by 9:00 AM on the scheduled service date.

If bins are inaccessible or still contain trash, the cleaning appointment may be skipped without reimbursement.

Missed appointments caused by restricted access may result in an additional service charge.


3. Payments & Billing

To maintain reliable and efficient service, the following billing policies apply:

Card on File Required: Customers must provide a valid credit or debit card when booking service.

Secure Processing: Payment information is securely stored and processed through Stripe Payments.

When Charges Occur: Cards on file are charged once the service has been completed.

Authorization to Charge: By booking with Grab My Bin, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for completed services.

Declined Payments: Services may be suspended until updated payment information is provided if a transaction fails.


4. Recurring Service Commitment

Monthly and quarterly service plans require a minimum commitment of three completed cleanings before cancellation without penalty.

If a customer cancels before completing three visits:

A final adjustment charge will be applied to account for the discounted recurring-service pricing.

Example: Canceling after two cleanings will result in billing for one additional cleaning.

This policy helps maintain fair pricing for recurring customers.


5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel recurring service at any time; however, cancellations before three completed cleanings remain subject to the minimum service commitment.

Customers canceling a bundled bin cleaning and pressure washing package will retain a credit toward a future pressure washing service, redeemable within one year.

Refunds are not provided for missed or skipped cleanings due to customer-related issues.

Pressure washing appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

If Grab My Bin cancels a service due to weather or other operational issues, the appointment will be rescheduled.


6. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Grab My Bin may adjust service dates due to:

Weather conditions

Equipment maintenance or breakdowns

Holidays or route changes

If a service is missed due to an error on our part, we may either reschedule the service or issue an account credit at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for informing us of:

Changes to trash collection schedules

Access restrictions or gate codes

Any circumstances that could affect service completion


7. Changes to Services or Pricing

Grab My Bin reserves the right to modify pricing, service plans, or offerings at any time.

Whenever possible, customers will receive at least one day’s notice before changes take effect.


8. Service Limitations

Results may vary depending on the condition and age of bins or exterior surfaces.

Grab My Bin is not responsible for:

Existing damage

Faded surfaces or finishes

Worn seals

Permanent or deeply embedded stains


9. Liability Limitations

Grab My Bin maximum liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the customer within the previous three months.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

Any disputes arising from these terms or related services shall be handled in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
