What does the Trash Day Valet service include?

Our Trash Day Valet service includes rolling your trash and recycling bins to the curb on your scheduled trash day and bringing them back to your home after pickup. We handle all the heavy lifting so you never have to worry about taking out the trash. This service runs weekly, rain or shine, ensuring your bins are always managed properly.

How does the bin cleaning service work?

Our professional bin cleaning service uses high-pressure water and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to thoroughly clean your bins inside and out. We collect your bins, deep clean them to remove odors, bacteria, and stains, sanitize them, and return them to your home. The process eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and leaves your bins smelling fresh and clean.

What if I have a gated property or pets?

We accommodate gated properties and homes with pets! For gated homes, we coordinate with you to ensure access is available on service days, either through a code, lockbox, or by arranging a specific time. For homes with pets, our team is trained to work safely around animals. Just let us know about any pets during signup, and we'll make sure our service works for your situation.

Do you service in all weather conditions?

Yes! We provide service rain, snow, or shine. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your bins are handled every single week, regardless of weather conditions. In extreme weather events (severe storms, flooding, etc.), we may need to reschedule for safety, but we'll always communicate with you promptly about any changes to our service schedule.

How does the free trial work?

We offer a completely risk-free 2-week free trial for all new customers! No credit card is required to start. You'll receive 2 weeks of our valet service at no charge to experience the convenience firsthand. If you're not completely satisfied, simply cancel anytime with no fees or obligations. If you decide to continue, you'll be automatically enrolled in your chosen plan at the regular rate.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! We love rewarding our happy customers. Our referral program gives you a discount on your service when you refer a friend or neighbor who signs up. It's our way of saying thanks for spreading the word. Contact us or ask your service technician about our current referral bonuses and how to participate.


Can I pause or temporarily suspend my service?

Absolutely! We understand that life happens. You can pause your service for vacations, extended travel, or other circumstances. Simply contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service day to pause your account. You can resume service at any time with just a notice. We don't charge any pause or resume fees.

What time will my bins be serviced?

Our service window is typically between 7 AM and 7 PM on your designated trash day. We work hard to serve all our customers within this timeframe, but exact times may vary depending on route schedules. You'll receive a confirmation with your specific service day, and we always aim to complete service before the trash pickup time in your area.

What won't your service handle?

Our valet service handles rolling bins to and from the curb only. We do not: bring bins inside your home or garage, clean up spills or leaks around bins, move other items or debris, handle hazardous materials, or service bins that are not at the designated curb location. For bin cleaning, we also do not remove heavy debris stuck inside bins (please empty bins before cleaning service).

How do I sign up or change my service?

Signing up is easy! You can sign up online through our pricing page, or contact us directly by phone or email. To make changes to your existing service (change address, add/remove bins, pause service, etc.), simply contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service day. We're happy to help customize your service to fit your needs.
